Conflicts - What are the major problems? Why are they problems?
Hi my name is Jordan and the conflict so far in this book his about some of the troubles and hardships Henry faces. A conflict that occured earlier in the story was Henry's mom trying to prepare herself for when Henry goes to war shell know what to do.
Hey this is Jordan and some of the conflicts happening in pages 50 to 100 are is that Henry is now figuring out what is like to be in war. the two conflicts in the novel are man vs man and man vs society. In man vs man the conflict is that he is trying to gain respect. Also in man vs society there is a war and he has to try to overcome the hardships of being in a war.

The example from our book is he is feeling guilty that he left one of his soldier friends behind to die. Another one is that he is feeling nervous about war. "He left Jim Conklin to die".
